The wine making is the result of long maceration (20-25 days), natural
fermentation and daily refiltering . The wine is then refined in oak barrels for
approximately twelve months, with regular decanting. After bottling the wine is
left to further refine for several months before being put on
Vivid ruby colour, full and dry taste, well structured, vinous and at
the same time delicately balanced on the palate. Structured for long
preservation in the bottle.
